Join award-recognised Melbourne author Sean Wilson for a special in-conversation event exploring his acclaimed novel You Must Remember This - a powerful story of memory, identity, family and dementia.
Written from the perspective of Grace, a woman living with dementia, the novel offers a compassionate insight into memory loss and its impact on individuals, families and communities. Inspired in part by Sean’s own experience witnessing his grandmother’s journey with dementia, the book invites readers to see the world through Grace’s eyes.
Presented as part of Dementia Action Week 2026, this thoughtful conversation will explore the inspiration behind the novel and how storytelling can help build understanding, connection and empathy.
