Kingston’s own Candice Mingo shares her expertise and passion about our local foreshore in this engaging session.
As we enter the busiest season for our beaches, learn insider knowledge about our beautiful coastline, including Kingston’s conservation program, the challenges that face our local foreshore, and how you can play your part to achieve great outcomes.
Candice holds a PhD in zoology and her past research areas have included invasive biological species control, restoration ecology, climate change impacts on disease vector spread, and marine biology. Candice is especially interested in cross-collaborative work and landscape-wide approaches to conservation.
