Collect take-home material to help prepare for Melbourne’s changeable weather.
Hear about the work SES volunteers do for our community every day of the year.
Phil Wall has been a volunteer member of Chelsea SES since 2003, this year celebrating 20 years proudly serving his community.
He has lived in the Chelsea area for more than 50 years, so is a local through and through.
