There is nothing like having a hobby to connect with our inner self. This workshop explores the ancient art of bonsai or ‘plant in a pot’, and how it feeds our inner spirit and helps to slow our pace of life. Each participant will work on their own bonsai to take home and continue the care and nurturing.

Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education has a unique approach that will empower participants, while offering strategies to enhance holistic wellbeing.
