She explores how unspoken truths create barriers to self-acceptance, intimacy, and inner peace, and introduces her Shifting the Narrative framework - practical tools to break silence, find clarity, and reconnect with your authentic self.

This inspiring talk empowers attendees to embrace vulnerability, speak their truth, and live with courage, confidence, and compassion.
