Dr Prerna Varma is a Research Fellow at the Turner Institute, School of Psychological Sciences, Monash University with experience in sleep research.
The presentation will cover the science around common reasons behind sleep loss and developing sleep disorders. You will learn strategies you can use in day-to-day life to get the best quality and quantity of sleep.
