Step into the world of cosplay with confidence – just in time for King Con 2026! Cosplay is about building costumes and accessorising to represent your favourite characters from comics, anime, movies, TV, video games and more.
Whether you’ve never picked up a needle or you’ve only admired costumes from afar, this beginner‑friendly event will show you just how fun and welcoming cosplay can be. Our panel of experienced cosplayers will share their tips, tricks, and behind‑the‑scenes stories to help you start your own creative journey.
What you’ll learn:
· choosing a character
· crafting on a budget
· tips for thrifting
· wig and make up know-how
· costumes, props, accessorising and more.
Come for the knowledge, stay for the creativity, and leave with the spark to start your next cosplay adventure.
Everyone is welcome, no experience needed.
