Join us in a conversation about the importance of sleep, especially in terms of healthier ageing. Dr Moira Junge, CEO of the Sleep Foundation, was born and educated in the Cheltenham/Mentone area and now specialises in raising awareness of the importance of sleep.

Topics that will be covered include: understanding the basic science of sleep, understanding sleep deprivation and why it’s a concern, sleeping well as we get older, looking out for sleep apnoea and snoring, and how important sleep is for healthy brain function.
