Creative Connections Returns!
Back by popular demand, expert educator Peta leads four inspiring, hands-on sessions this November and December, designed to spark creativity and build connections.
Seniors can enjoy a relaxed, friendly environment while making beautiful projects, including seed saver envelopes, hanging hearts and birds, cards and tags, and a slow-stitched Christmas decoration.
Each session encourages self-expression, confidence, and fun, while giving participants the chance to share ideas and connect with others.
Come for the creativity, stay for the community, and leave with lasting memories, handmade treasures, and new friendships.
1st workshop: Seed Saver Envelopes
Create handy pockets for seeds, receipts, or sewing supplies using upcycled materials. You’ll even make extras to share with friends.
2nd workshop: Hanging Hearts and Birds
Enjoy friendly chatter as you craft stylish birds and hearts that showcase your creativity.
3rd workshop: Slow Stitched Christmas Decoration
With expert guidance, create a beautiful handmade ornament to gift or decorate your tree.
4th workshop: Card and Tag Making Extravaganza
Use various techniques and embellishments to make a stash of cards and tags, perfect for sharing or keeping on hand.
