• Explore a variety of art techniques using watercolour, acrylic paints, fine liners, and markers-no previous experience needed.
• Engage in guided activities such as mindful doodling, intuitive painting, or expressive mark-making.
• Reflect on your creative process and share your experience with the group, celebrating the joy of self-expression.
