If you or someone you know may need in-home support services, the City of Kingston’s AccessCare team offers assistance for older residents. To help you understand the available services and how to register through My Aged Care, AccessCare is hosting free pop-in sessions at Chelsea and Parkdale Library each fortnight.
Meet with an aged care professional to get your questions answered—no bookings necessary, just drop by during the session times.
